Upon joining wellness you will receive your login details to our membership site.The course material are presented in bite-size pieces so don’t worry that you will have to go “All” in right away! you will only get one month materials at the time making it simple, user-friendly and easy to follow!
Each month we do a 3-day juice cleanse together as well as a Detox each quarter. Cleansing ensures that your body and cells are always in a state of releasing the junk and toxins that become lodged in the body.
This is not a “diet”, this is a lifestyle change. You will receive recipe ideas, substitutions that will create healthier results, and meal plans are customizable to your daily life.
Every month there will be a LIVE training call on a topic related to health or a healthy cooking demo. It’s these calls where you will be able to celebrate your progress, ask questions, receive positive feedback, and be surrounded by a community of others who have the same goal as you.They are also recorded.
